Hagannah Foundation Doctrine

The Haganah was the Jewish clandestine defense force in Palestine, founded in 1920. The foundations doctrine ("Ushiyot") that is summarized below was apparently promulgated in 1920, with the approval of the Histadrut  at the foundation of the Hagannah.
